Guest Recipe: Raspberry Revitaliser Smoothie
Ingredients

1 and 3⁄4 cups of non-dairy milk (I used almond milk)

1 cup of kale, tightly packed

1 cup of frozen raspberries

1 frozen banana
-
1 tablespoon of coconut butter or coconut oil (if you don’t have either, nut butter also works)

1⁄2 a teaspoon of vanilla powder
Method
Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz everything together until it’s smooth and creamy.
This amazing smoothie from Kris Carr’s beautiful new juicing book is absolutely amazing – so sweet, creamy and nourishing. The mix of banana, vanilla and raspberry means each sip tastes lovely and sweet, while the kale adds a great kick of green goodness. I think you’ll all love this one!
